Dancing to Stay 88 Years Young!

Check out this video of a Grandma dancing to the Runaround Sue. It’s keeping her 88 years young! This is a perfect example of “move it or lose it”! Music and a good beat get most of us tapping our toes and moving to the music. You can dance at any age and never lose that spunk. This is a good reminder to find music that fits your senior population’s interests and how important it is to incorporate music in your daily activities to engage not only their memories but their physical bodies. Get moving!
